A contract insert in the invitation reads, “This event will be videotaped and recorded for use in and in connection with the television program tentatively entitled ‘Bethenny’s Getting Married?’ By attending, you are consenting to the use of your name, voice and likeness in and in connection with ‘Bethenny’s Getting Married?’ and any other production, in any and all media now known or later devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, including in advertisements and promotions.”
