Madeleine Albright got big laughs with a joke about Fidel Castro the other day, but not from Barbara Walters. After Albright referred to the Cuban dictator as a “dinosaur” during a Women in the World summit discussion, Walters pressed her to explain her choice of words.”Well,” the feisty former Secretary of State retorted, “I usually don’t make predictions, but I predict Castro will die.” The room erupted in laughter and applause — though Walters looked unamused. She seemed smitten by Castro when she interviewed him in 1977, and he seemed to feel the same way.
