Lisa Rinna is sorry she ridiculed Heidi Montag‘s face and body. After surgically enhanced Rinna told Fancast.com she couldn’t bear to look at “The Hills” star Montag on the cover of People after she had 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, Rinna posted on her Twitter page yesterday: “I apologize to Miss Montag if my words were taken and used against her in the press. I did not slam her or her surgeries for the record.” She later added, “I find that we must be careful not to judge or weigh in on anything other than ourselves. I am living and learning this still!”
