Bethenny Frankel emerged looking tired and drawn in Manhattan yesterday, after her estranged husband Jason Hoppy’s aggressive divorce counter-filing.
The SkinnyGirl mogul was spotted taking daughter Bryn, 2, to the Children’s Musuem in Soho.
Hoppy has filed divorce papers asking for full custody of their daughter, as well as child support for Bryn, medical and dental expenses for himself and their child and use of their $5 million Soho loft. Frankel asked for all of these things in her own divorce filing three weeks ago.
He also wants Frankel to maintain life insurance on herself, making him and Bryn beneficiaries. Lastly, TMZ reports, Hoppy requests that the ex-“Real Housewife” pays his lawyer and accountant.
The couple, who married in March 2010, is splitting custody of Bryn for now, however. Hoppy was spotted picking up the tot from school just yesterday.
