Jenna Jameson will reportedly not be charged with battery after an altercation with her personal assistant, Britney Markham, due to lack of evidence.

Jameson and Markham got into a fight in a California salon on April 6, which left Markham hospitalized and Jameson hauled to jail, cited for battery and released without having to post bail.

TMZ reports today that Jameson will not be charged with battery due to lack of evidence against her.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Markham claims Jameson punched her in the stomach and back using a brass-knuckle iPhone. She also claimed the adult actress threatened to kill her.

After the incident, Markham posted a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed on Instagram and captioned, “This what u did to me and u accuse me of stealing”.

The retired “Queen of Porn” wrote in a since-deleted tweet after her arrest, “Wow just got robbed by a friend @britneymarkham she accused me of gusting her, and broke into my home and took everything.”

TMZ reports that Markham is reportedly seeking a restraining order and it is unclear if the assistant is still planning to file a civil suit.
