At least Justin Bieber thinks Charlie Sheen is still winning. When asked by Time magazine who he thinks is the most influential person in the world right now, Bieber said, “[It] has got to be Charlie Sheen. He’s got a million followers in one day on Twitter. And . . . I’ve never seen that happen before. Plus, he’s got tiger blood, and he’s always winning.” Despite Bieber’s vote, Sheen didn’t make the final cut for the Time 100 list of the “100 Most Influential People in the World,” out today. This year’s honorees will be recognized at the Time 100 Gala on Tuesday, where Sting and Bruno Mars are slated to perform for guests including New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Mark Wahlberg and Amy Poehler.
