Taylor Swift has bought a “beautiful and cozy” home in Beverly Hills for a cool seven figures, Page Six has learned. Sources describe the house as “small, charming and very secluded. She is really excited about having her own place in Beverly Hills.”
We’re told that Swift, 21, closed last week on the property for between $3 million and $4 million. Another source said the singer “bought the house so she doesn’t have to stay in hotels when she is in LA. Her main home will still be in Nashville.” Her rep declined to comment.
