Nick Hatsatouris and Lincoln Pilcher — two of the Aussie restaurateurs behind Kingswood in the West Village and popular Moby Dick’s in Montauk — are opening a pop-up outdoor eatery at the Soho Grand for the summer, Page Six has learned. The partners built a new kitchen for the space previously known as The Yard. The pop-up’s scheduled to open May 26 and run until early October, and will serve what we’re told will be “fresh, seasonally appropriate, casual fare.” Further downtown, GrandLife Hotels has also tapped top DJ and former Beatrice Inn kingpin Paul Sevigny to helm a new underground club and bar at the Tribeca Grand. That space’s set to launch in late August.
