Rosie O’Donnell’s Madonna movie health scare

Rosie O’Donnell was supposed to appear onstage with Madonna after a star-studded premiere of the Material Girl’s new concert film Tuesday night — but she had to pull out at the eleventh hour because of a health scare.

Sources said O’Donnell canceled the Q&A with the superstar hours before “Madonna: The MDNA Tour” was to debut at the Paris Theatre. Organizers scrambled to find a replacement, but Madge wound up taking the stage solo.

Sources said O’Donnell apparently received a scary call from her doctors, but was examined and given the all-clear. “Rosie had a suspicious CAT Scan,” a rep told Page Six, that had to be “checked out.” Fortunately, she was “given a clean bill of health” yesterday morning. (A source added, “You know it has to be a serious reason to stand up Madonna.”)

The singer went on with the show, following a 23-piece marching band to the stage after the movie, then took questions and showed a clip from a “secret” video project with Steven Klein. A rowdy crowd had cheered and clapped during the film, and Andy Cohen was spotted mouthing every word to every song “and bobbing his head wildly,” a spy said.

Following the Cinema Society and Epix screening, guests including Kelly Osbourne, Zachary Quinto and Adam Lambert headed to a wild bash at Harlow, where Madonna’s tour dancers showed off their moves. “They were doing backflips,” said a gobsmacked guest. “And Madonna had them take their shirts off.” When one enthusiastic guest boogied too close to the superstar, he was told by her guards to back off, and, “She only dances with her dancers.”

But Madonna beamed when son Rocco, 12, jumped into the dance circle. Daughter Lourdes, 16, was spotted twirling with boyfriend Timothee Chalamet while kissing and holding hands. She also was giggling with some pals while taking pictures together.
