Kim Kardashian returned to the set of “Dancing with the Stars” last night, cheering on brother Rob in the finals from the front row of the audience.

Dressed in a sequined tuxedo jacket and a leather bow-tie, Kim Kardashian whooped and hollered for her younger brother from the sidelines. Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick stood beside her, cheering as well.

Rob Kardashian was the front-runner in last night’s finals and, barring a surprise upset, appears poised to win the season of dancing competition show. He and his partner, Cheryl Burke, impressed the judges with their waltz and earned a score of 27 points. But they wowed the crowd with their freestyle routine, which included a difficult lift.

“To get a 10 you have to really blow us away,” judge Carrie Ann Inaba said. “Consider me blown.”

“You’ve just given your all,” added judge Len Goodman. “Your family should be proud.”

Judging from the Kardashian clan’s smiles, they were. Kim Kardashian tweeted, “Did u guys see that!!!!!! All 10’s in the freestyle!!!! OMG I swear the whole fam is in tears!!!!! Let’s go baby! Team CherBert!”

KIM KARDASHIAN CANCELS APPEARANCES

Kim Kardashian has kept a low profile in recent weeks since a public backlash emerged in the wake of her split from basketball star Kris Humphries. She has cancelled all appearances through New Year’s Eve, leaving sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian on their own to promote their novel, “Dollhouse.”

But Kardashian could not stay away from the “Dancing with the Stars” finals. She continued to gush via Twitter, “[Rob] did amazing tonight! I’m so proud of him! … He is going to WIN!!!”

And she could be right, if fans cast their votes for the highest score. Rob Kardashian ended last night’s finals with a final tally of 57 points while his competitors, talk show host Ricki Lake and soap star JR Martinez, tied for second with 54 points a piece. The outcome was unexpected, as Kardashian has been considered a lesser dancer than his competitors. While Lake has received the highest number of perfect scores for the season, Martinez had a perfect night two weeks ago.

J.R. MARTINEZ WOWS ON ‘DANCING’

But last night, Martinez faltered heavily in his cha cha due to a twisted ankle. Even after following it up with a perfect freestyle routine, his performance left him tied for second. Meanwhile, both of Lake’s routines earned her a score of 27 points. Still, she felt good about her performance.

“I have done everything I came here to do,” Lake said. “I’ve gotten my body into better shape than probably ever in my life. I feel like I’ve learned these beautiful dances to the best of my ability. I did a mean freestyle tonight, so I have nothing to be sorry about or unhappy about. Those guys, if one of them wins, then they were the ones that deserve it. I am so happy for all of us.”

However, she is worried about breaking her partner, Derek Hough’s, winning streak — in the times he has gotten to the finals of the show, he has never lost. “Oh God I don’t want to be the one that lets him down,” Lake said.

Kardashian’s bid to pull off the underdog victory will be decided tonight. The finale of “Dancing with the Stars” airs at 9 p.m. on ABC.
