Halle Berry ex wins one round

Lawyers for Halle Berry and ex Gabriel Aubry went back to slugging it out in court after the ugly brawl between Aubry and her fiancé Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving Day. A Los Angeles judge yesterday restored parental rights for model Aubry, following his arrest in connection with the fight at the actress’ Hollywood Hills home. Aubry, who was beaten badly in the confrontation with Martinez, was immediately hit with an emergency restraining order barring any contact with Berry, Martinez or Aubry’s little girl Nahla, 4. Lawyers for Aubry and Berry yesterday faced a family court judge behind closed doors who ruled for the embattled dad — tweaking the restraining order to allow him to see Nahla again, sources told The Post’s Helen Kumari. Lawyers on both sides declined to comment, so it wasn’t clear how Aubry would be able to see Nahla because he’s still under orders to steer clear of Berry and Martinez. We’re also told that Aubry may not be able to work for months due to his nasty collection of facial cuts and bruises.
