For a pair that finds it acceptable to bring their newborn to the Playboy Mansion, it’s sadly not that surprising that Kelsey Grammer and his wife Kayte would not place their baby in a car seat.
TMZ noticed that the duo arrived at LAX yesterday with their daughter Faith and were met by a chauffeured SUV. The gossip site has footage of Kayte entering the car with her baby, strapping herself in and then cradling her baby against her chest as the car drove away. If the pair drove off without their baby in a car seat, that would violate California law.
Grammer’s rep responded to the incident and insisted there was a car seat inside the vehicle, even though the video footage seems to indicate otherwise.
