Halle Berry is getting rid of some unwanted property.
Her 5-bedroom, 5,900 sq. ft. Tuscan-style mansion is up for sale, reports TMZ. Her estate includes a backyard, a 1,400 sq. ft. guest house, a pool and spa, and the motor court (fancy driveway) where Olivier Martinez and Gabriel Aubry duked it out Thanksgiving Day.
According to TMZ, the actress has quietly put her sprawling Hollywood Hills abode on the market for $15 million. Real estate sources tell the gossip site that Berry gave a prominent realtor a pocket listing, a term for property that isn’t advertised.
The broker, Billy Rose, owned the house a decade ago and sold it to “Malcolm in the Middle” actor Frankie Muniz, who then sold it to Halle some years later. Rose has reportedly found a few potential buyers already. Berry was offered $11 million but she is holding out for more.
