Jason Weinberg’s Sundance bash: Power on a peak

High above the madness of Park City’s Main Street, Hollywood power manager Jason Weinberg hosted a mountainside mansion bash Saturday that drew young talent from Sundance’s most-buzzed- about films. The party was co-hosted by producer Molly Smith — who just launched production company Black Label with Thad and Trent Luckinbill — at her parents’ new Deer Valley home. Molly’s father, Fred Smith, is the founder and chairman of FedEx. Guests included Miles Teller, a festival breakout in “The Spectacular Now,” and Alice Englert, starring in “In Fear” and Smith’s “Beautiful Creatures.” Also there: Jack Huston, Scissor Sisters rocker Jake Shears and Kyle MacLachlan.
