Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, Kevin Hart, Marlon Wayans and Bill Bellamy got onstage at the Comedy Cellar and did improv Wednesday night. We’re told Hart is practicing for his “SNL” hosting gig this weekend, and he enlisted Rock and his pals to get him ready. One audience member said, “The artists spoke about it being a moment in history. Chris made a joke about a $1,000 bill. Kevin said there is no $1,000 bill. Chris said, ‘You just aren’t rich enough like us.’ ” We’re told that Bellamy and Wayans had earlier gone to the Knicks game, and were sitting down for dinner at the General when they got a text from Rock saying, “We’re going to do improv. All of us.” They jumped in the car and headed to the club.
