Jennifer Lawrence ditched the smokey eyeshadow and opted for a minimal look for the New York premiere of “The Great Gatsby” last night.
The Oscar-winner hit the red carpet with a touch of gloss, a light dust of eye makeup and her newly-cut hair swept back. She also chose a simple but chic Viktor & Rolf pantsuit for the event.
Perhaps the 22-year-old “Hunger Games” actress didn’t want to take the attention away from “Gatsby” stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan.
Among the other celebrities who were spotted were Jay-Z, who performs on the soundtrack, Martha Stewart, Anna Wintour and Nina Dobrev.
