Casey Johnson, fresh from splitting with on/off girlfriend Courtenay Semel and an LAPD arrest, caused another scene by getting “engaged” to bisexual reality queen Tila Tequila — and making out with her new paramour for all at a Hollywood bash. At a party for Travis Barker‘s Famous Stars & Straps clothing line Tuesday night, the pair canoodled in front of photographers and crowed about their supposed en gagement for 20 minutes. In side, when security discov ered pills in Johnson’s purse, a defensive Te quila blasted, “She’s diabetic, she needs her meds.” Tequila flashed a massive finger- sparkler and claimed it was “a 17-carat diamond ring from my baby.” Swear ing it wasn’t fake, Te quila bragged, “My baby is a billionaire! She’s the heiress of Johnson and Johnson. We are going to make love tonight for our honeymoon.” Then they started making out before a wide-eyed Ryan Phillippe, Lamar Odom and Robert Kardashian.
