The Colombian beauty has jetted out to an exclusive resort with on-again boyfriend Nick Loeb. Friends invited to join the “Modern Family” star include Eva Longoria and Jessica Alba. Sources tell us Vergara’s romance with Loeb is “100 percent back on” following their brief split in May. One said, “They have been seeing a lot of each other and seem very happy. They have been traveling a lot and have talked through a lot of the issues which led to their split.” Vergara was spotted yesterday visiting the Fort of San Miguel in San Francisco de Campeche, in southeast Mexico.
