The child custody case involving “Modern Family” teen Ariel Winter is becoming more dramatic by the day.
Chrisoula “Chris” Workman is said to be trying another angle in order to gain back custody of her 14-year-old daughter.
According to TMZ, older sister Shanelle Gray, sat down for a deposition with her mother’s legal team this week and was grilled over questions of her alleged drug use.
This new development comes just one week after reports that Chris was ready to release nude photos of her older daughter to prove she’s an unfit guardian.
During the deposition, Shanelle allegedly admitted to trying cocaine once. She was hospitalized as a precautionary measure and was released that same night.
She allegedly admitted to a DUI but the case was thrown out because her blood alcohol content was too low to qualify for action.
She also reportedly confessed to spending a “few days in jail” in Virginia, when she was 19 in connection with a reckless driving incident.
Chris’ attorneys are reportedly planning on using Shanelle’s deposition during the guardianship hearing in an attempt to show she is not a suitable role model or guardian for Ariel.
