A who’s who of NYC politics and society gathered at the Loews Regency Hotel for one final power breakfast Tuesday before the hotel closes for its yearlong renovation. “The Last Breakfast” brought together potential mayoral hopefuls, including City Council Speaker Christine Quinn and MTA CEO Joseph Lhota, alongside former Mayor David Dinkins and Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer. For those VIPs who missed the last breakfast, don’t panic! The iconic meal will temporarily relocate to Park Avenue Winter in January. Loews chairman Jonathan Tisch was overheard thanking all the regulars, alongside brothers and Loews top execs James and Andrew. Spotted were former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton — who admitted he first met his wife, TV legal analyst Rikki Klieman at the breakfast spot — Les Moonves, Harold Ford Jr., Cyrus Vance Jr., Barry Slotnick, Steve Rattner, Alexandra Lebenthal and Ken Langone. Citymeals-on-Wheels’ Beth Shapiro was also in the house and the event benefitted her organization.
