Katy Perry and John Mayer flaunted their romance on the red carpet for the first time, attending Broadway’s “A Christmas Story: The Musical” at the Lunt-Fontane Theatre last night.
The singing pair have kept their on-and-off relationship under wraps since July, but by the looks of their first official outing together, there are still plenty of fireworks.
Perry chose a festive knitted coat dress for her date night with the “Your Body is a Wonderland” crooner. Meanwhile, the bad boy lothario looked dapper in a plaid blazer and white shirt.
They looked very happy and relaxed as they walked the red carpet and posed for pictures with cast members and the show’s composers, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.
Perry split from ex-husband Russell Brand last December after being married 14 months. Mayer, a known heartbreaker, has been linked to Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston and Taylor Swift.
