Jodie Foster may not be ready to be totally out and proud, but Victor Garber is. The “Argo” and “Deception” star has confirmed he is gay and living with his partner, artist Rainer Andreesen, in Greenwich Village.
“I don’t really talk about it but everybody knows,” the actor told Greg in Hollywood blogger Greg Hernandez in a recent interview. “He’s going to be out here with me for the SAG Awards.”
Indeed, the truth has really been hiding in plain sight all along: Garber’s Wikipedia page reveals he has been living in Manhattan with Andreesen for 13 years, and the couple have attended several events together in the past.
Garber also starred in “Alias” and “Titanic,” among others, while 6’2” Andreesen is also a part-time model.
