Adriana Lima suffered from serious doubts about walking the runway in her underwear after giving birth to her second child eight weeks before November’s Victoria’s Secret fashion show. “I had no idea if I was going to make it, honestly,” Lima, who, of course, took the runway looking fantastic, told us at the launch yesterday at the Herald Square store. “The hormones — you don’t know how your body is going to react.” Adding it was even harder to stay in shape with kids, she said, “It’s not easy with two children because you basically have to go to the gym or work out at home when they are taking a nap. As a mom, you feel guilty leaving because you want to be with your children all the time.” Fellow Angel Heatherton added that her New Year’s resolutions were to work out in groups and allow her body time to rest.
