Famously difficult director Spike Lee admonished critics at the annual Television Critics Association before the session to pump his Mike Tyson movie, “Undisputed Truth” for HBO, started. “No one clapped upon their entrance and Lee, miffed as usual, scolded reporters,” said a spy. “He told them, ‘Usually when the heavyweight champion of the world enters the room, people applaud.’ ” Lee started clapping, and the room followed. Tyson broke the ice by quipping, “There’s no way I’m Charles Manson . . . but I’m never going to be a Mother Teresa, either.”
