It uses motion detectors to create a dry path for visitors as they walk through. A spy said, “Owen was there, dodging the rain, with his mom. They looked like they were having fun.” The “Rain Room” installation, by Random International, has been so popular that it will be open until midnight on Sunday, its last day.
