Spies saw the three dining at Chez Josephine last weekend, and on Tuesday, the “Real Housewife” and Giselle, who was visiting from France, took in “Motown: The Musical” and dined later at Orso. We’re told the couple, who have been dating for three years, have been discussing engagement, but nothing is set yet. Maybe they’re just waiting on mom’s approval.
