Britney Spears blew through nearly $7 million last year — and it might have been a bargain!
The reformed pop tart, through her court-ordered conservatorship, raked in $14 million in 2012, but she was relatively careful in her spending.
Court documents reviewed by TMZ suggested that Spears’ $6.8 million in spending wasn’t so far out of line.
She made regular purchases at famed Los Angeles bargain spots like In-N-Out, El Pollo Loco, the 99 Cents Plus store and the Pay 99 Cents Or Less store, according to court records.
Spears also had down-to-earth food tastes with many buys at national chain spots like Subway, Wetzel’s Pretzels, Domino’s, IHOP, 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Starbucks, and Romano’s Macaroni Grill.
The “Lucky” singer in 2012 spent $33,959 on grooming and wardrobe, which is considered thrifty by A-List standards, according to TMZ.
Her relatively few extravagances included a $500 manicure and $3,400 on Christmas lights.
