Lindsay Lohan flees hotel after cops ask about Hilton ‘attack’

Lindsay Lohan fled her Miami hotel Saturday night after cops showed up twice to interview her and her entourage after Paris and Nicky Hilton’s little brother Barron Hilton claimed the actress had him beaten to a pulp.

The troubled starlet checked out of Miami Beach’s Shore Club around 4 p.m. Saturday after locking herself in her penthouse suite all day following a party at a mansion which ended on Friday morning with Barron, 24, left bloodied after being punched in the face.

We’re told Barron filed a police report claiming Lohan, 27, ordered the attack after overhearing him criticize her following an all-night party at a lavish rented mansion on Star Island.

One source told us, “They had been partying all night, when Lindsay’s current boy toy started talking to Barron about what a nightmare she is and how he wants to end things with her. Barron sympathized with him, but Lindsay overheard and was so angry he was ‘talking smack’ about her. She ordered her friend [to] beat up Barron.”

The source added, “Barron has filed a police report naming Lindsay Lohan and his attacker, who is a friend of hers. Miami police are looking for them both. Barron’s face is a mess and he has been seen by a doctor. He is the victim and is really shaken up.”

A separate source claimed Miami police showed up at Lohan’s hotel twice Saturday, without a warrant, looking for the alleged attacker. We’re told the officers were turned away on both occasions without interviewing Lohan or the alleged assailant, who was not at the hotel. A frantic Lohan was spotted checking out of the Shore Club “in a hurry.”

Another source who was present at the Star Island house, which had been rented by a group of wealthy Palm Beach kids, tells a different story. He said, “The guy was not asked to punch Barron by Lindsay . . . Barron had got in his face.”

Lohan’s lawyer, Mark J. Heller, didn’t get back to us by deadline.
