Meet the guy who ‘decked’ Hilton bro

The man accused of beating up Paris Hilton’s little brother is a former New York Times blogger who hit the rich punk only after the hotel scion struck first and boasted about who he was, a source told The Post on Sunday.

“Do you know who I am, who my sisters are?’’ Barron Hilton, 24, allegedly sneered to club-scene writer Ray Lemoine, who lives in downtown Manhattan.

A source close to Lemoine — who co-wrote the book “Babylon by Bus’’ — said the confrontation occurred after Lemoine tried to boot a blitzed Barron from the writer’s rented South Beach pad.

But other sources have told The Post that trainwreck actress Lindsay Lohan ordered Lemoine to beat up Barron after Linz overheard him and her boyfriend talking about her behind her back.

Barron told police that as he was being pummeled, Lohan shouted, “You talk s–t about me to my boyfriend, this is what you get!” the Web site TMZ reported.

A bloodied and battered Barron confronted Lohan as she got into an SUV not long after the attack, and the “Mean Girls” star denied any involvement, according to video from Splash News.

“I saw nothing,” responded Lohan, showing her clean palms.

The source in Lemoine’s camp denied that the fight had anything to do with Lohan.

The source said Lemoine has met the actress only once or twice — although TMZ reported she was staying at the mansion in the ultra-exclusive neighborhood of Star Island in Miami that Lemoine and some pals were renting.

TMZ also posted video it said showed a sexily clad Lohan strolling with a shirtless Lemoine pool-side at some point.

The Lemoine source said the brouhaha between Lemoine and Barron erupted after the writer returned to the place Friday and started asking people to leave.

At first, “Barron was being totally cool, being respectful, funny, walking out,’’ the source said.

Then, for some reason, he “flipped,” the source said, getting in Lemoine’s face and pulling the name game, the source said.

Barron hit Lemoine, and Lemoine struck back, the source said.

Lindsay was at the house at the time, the source said.

She’s been dodging cops who want to talk to her, sources told The Post. Police are also reportedly trying to interview Lemoine.

Paris Hilton commented on her brother’s Instagram account: “They both will pay for what they did. No one f—ks with my family and gets away with it!!”

Lemoine covered the East Village for The Local, the New York Times’ joint-venture blog with NYU, before it folded last May. He also has written for New York magazine and The Awl, according to a bio on the Web site TakePart.

He declined to comment Sunday. Neither Barron Hilton nor Lohan could be reached.
