Prince will make a rare TV appearance on Fox sitcom “New Girl” on Super Bowl Sunday.
The legendary singer will appear as himself on the Zooey Deschanel show Feb. 2.
The episode will reportedly be based around epic all-night dance parties Prince regularly hosts at his home.
The man knowledgeable of all things Prince, Dr. Funkenberry, says Prince reached out directly to producers, who accepted his offer to guest star.
The show will air right after the game.
