Liam Hemsworth is so yesterday.
Miley Cyrus was spied exchanging intimate late-night texts with a sexy young fotog — and met up with him after her debut as host of “Saturday Night Live,” sources said.
Three weeks after ending her engagement to Aussie actor Hemsworth, the 20-year-old twerk queen was photographed at “SNL’s” after-party texting a “Theo” — or Theo Wenner, 24, the son of Rolling Stone publisher Jann Wenner.
“I wanna c u too . . . Should u have your drinky ill get this done and come c u,” Miley wrote to Theo, who shot her in the buff for his dad’s mag.
Theo texted back, “That sounds like a good plany.”

“What time ya thinkin you’ll be homey???” Miley replied.

Cyrus left the bash at the STK restaurant in Midtown and met Wenner, who used to date actress Liv Tyler, in the wee hours early Sunday, Radar Online reported.

“Miley was on her phone throughout the party at STK . . . texting Theo the whole time. Just before 3 a.m., after receiving another text from Theo, she hopped up from her table and left the party abruptly, leaving all of her friends behind,” a source told Radar Online.
But the singer needed to ditch the paparazzi.
“[Cyrus] and her bodyguard then spent the next hour driving around the city, trying aggressively to lose about five cars that were following her,” the source said.

“Miley’s entourage even used a second Cadillac Escalade to block the chasing paps.”
The same cars were later seen returning to Cyrus’ hotel without her.
