The winner of the Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight on Saturday night could make his first public appearance after the bout at the MTV Video Music Awards in LA, sources tell Page Six.
According to insiders, there have been talks for the victor to join the awards show hosted by pop star Katy Perry as a surprise guest.
Perry’s also performing at the VMAs, along with acts including Pink (who will receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award), Gucci Mane and Kendrick Lamar, the top VMA contender with eight nominations.
The fight between undefeated boxer Mayweather and UFC fighter McGregor is going down at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
