Richard Dreyfuss prefers to keep his Oscar cold.

The 69-year-old star admitted he stores his coveted prize, which he won for “The Goodbye Girl” in 1978, in his refrigerator because he wants everyone to know he has one without having to say anything.

“I don’t like to brag, but I like everyone to know about it,” Dreyfuss told The Hollywood Reporter. “Sooner or later, I know they are all going to go to the refrigerator.”

Dreyfuss tweeted a picture of his gold statue’s interesting spot and wrote, “Some people keep their prized positions in safes, but safes are the first place the robbers will look.”

Good point.
