A documentary about legendary shoe designer Manolo Blahnik is in the works.
The movie, “Manolo: The Boy Who Made Shoes for Lizards” — which is set for release in September — will feature interviews with Anna Wintour, André Leon Talley, Rihanna, Naomi Campbell, John Galliano and Rupert Everett, among others, as well as Blahnik himself.
It is being directed by Blahnik’s close friend Michael Roberts. It promises to be “a behind-the-scenes peek into his whimsical world.”
