Frances Bean Cobain’s divorce from husband Isaiah Silva is moving forward.
A judge has granted Silva, 31, temporary spousal support.
According to E! News, Cobain, 24, will pay her ex-lover $12,000 a month for the next four months while they finalize their divorce through mediation.
Cobain will also pay $15,000 of his attorney’s fees. Silva was also ordered to vacate their house 10 days ago.
One month ago, Silva formally requested $25,000 a month in spousal support. He detailed his expenses, noting $200 for clothing, $4,500 for rent and $3,333 for education for his 7-year-old child.
Their new agreement is a sign of smoother times since they split in March.
A request for comment from Cobain’s team wasn’t immediately returned.
