Frances Bean Cobain’s ex wants $25K a month in spousal support

Frances Bean Cobain’s ex expects her to pay up.
Five months after announcing their divorce, Isaiah Silva, the estranged husband of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love‘s only daughter, has requested $25,000 a month in spousal support.
In court documents obtained by E! News, Silva, 31, detailed his various expenses, including $200 on clothes, $4,500 for rent and $3,333 on schooling for his 7-year-old child, whom he shares custody of with ex Jessica Sullivan.  While Cobain, 24, initially stated that she is open to paying spousal support, Silva alleged the pair do not have a prenup.

Though Silva won’t touch the estimated $450 million from her father’s estate, according to TMZ, the musician believes he is entitled to half the money Cobain received through business deals over the course of their two-year marriage.
This is just the latest messy chapter in Cobain and Silva’s nasty split, as the former couple is already battling it out over her father’s multi-million dollar guitar. Cobain originally gifted the instrument to Silva as a wedding present after they secretly tied the knot in June 2014.
