Contrary to earlier reports, the FBI is not involved in Leslie Jones’ hacking drama.
Page Six confirmed Thursday that the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is investigating the hack that revealed nude images of Jones, 48, her driver’s license and passport information.
The “Saturday Night Live” star’s personal website was compromised on Wednesday.
It’s the second time this summer Jones has been the victim of cyber bullying.
Last month, she was targeted by bigots on Twitter who compared her to gorillas, apes and monkeys, among other insults. As a result, she quit the social platform for a few days.
Jones has yet to comment on the latest incident.
