Barbra Streisand will headline an LGBT-focused fundraiser for Hillary Clinton.
She will sing a few songs for Hillary supporters at the Sept. 9 event at Cipriani Wall Street.
Individual tickets start at $1,200 and go to $10,000, and tables are going for up to $250,000. Those who raise six-figure sums get to join a VIP reception and are allowed a photo with Hillary — there’s no word on whether Babs will join for the photos.
Streisand is firmly in Clinton’s corner. Earlier this year she blasted the media for sexist coverage, writing, “Why is it that today even a woman as impressive as Hillary is judged not by her merits . . . but held to a pernicious double standard?”
She said the rise of Donald Trump “is at once terrifying and a joke that isn’t funny.”
