In the political category, Donald Trump’s daughter Tiffany Trump fails to make the list, although his spokeswoman Hope Hicks, 27, does, and is dubbed “one of the unlikeliest breakout stars of the 2016 campaign.”
Sasha and Malia Obama also make the list, along with Alessandra Balazs, Colby Jordan and Princess Noor of Iran.
