Emergency crews were dispatched to Rick Ross’ Miami-area home early Thursday after the rapper was found breathing heavily and unresponsive.

According to a police report obtained by The Blast, an emergency call was made from Ross’ home at 3:34 a.m., after someone at the residence was unable to wake the rapper, who was “slobbing from the mouth.”

The report notes the caller said Ross was just “nodding his head” and had “boo-bood on himself. ” They also brought up his history of seizures. Ross notably suffered seizures on two separate flights in October 2011.

The Davie Police Department was then called to the scene after Ross became “combative” with the emergency crew.

It is still unclear whether the rapper was hospitalized.

Reps for Ross did not respond to requests for comment.
