Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow have been in limbo since the couple announced their “conscious uncoupling” in March but then appeared to be holding hands in April — but Martin, 37, says they’re not together.
“The thing what we told everyone at the beginning of the year is true,” he told LA radio show “Valentine in the Morning” (via People), which airs Monday. “We’re very close. We’re not together. That’s the truth.”
The father of two admits that despite their separation, they will always remain a family. “There’s a lot of love. There’s no scandal,” he said.
In April, Martin admitted that things haven’t been easy since the split. “Everyone in their life goes through challenges,” he said. “Whether it’s love or money or kids or illness.”
