Josh Elliott and Liz Cho are engaged

NBC‘s Josh Elliott is off the market — the venerable bachelor and former “GMA” host is engaged to beautiful WABC anchor Liz Cho, sources confirmed to Page Six.

We’re told the news couple got engaged at the end of the summer after nearly two years of dating. We first revealed Elliott and Cho, both 43, were seeing each other in 2012, after Cho split from husband Evan Gottlieb.

Cho and Gottlieb have a daughter, Louisa Simone, 7. Elliott, meanwhile, is divorced from first wife Priya Narang Elliott. The couple have a daughter, Sarina, 6.

Sources told us the couple were in the middle of a romantic European vacation just before Labor Day, when Cho had a break from her WABC anchoring duties and Elliott scored time off before his weekly appearances on “Sunday Night Football” and the “Today” show, where he appears Fridays during football season.

We’re told Elliott popped the question to Cho “at the spur of the moment” at some point during the trip.

“He gave her a simple gold band that was a family heirloom and meant a lot to him,” a source told us. “It’s been very low-key, and people may not have even realized she was engaged, because she’s not wearing a standard diamond engagement ring.”

The source added: “They had been so discreet about the engagement, they have just started revealing the news to close family and friends.”

We’re also told the couple’s children get along “very well together.” Our sources said they have no specific timetable set for the wedding.

They initially met when Elliott was a co-anchor of ABC’s “GMA” and Cho was at WABC-TV. The two tried to keep the relationship secret at first, but it became the talk of TV news. Then, Elliott this spring left “GMA” to take a role within NBC Sports, and shortly after was spotted on a celebratory trip in Miami with Cho.

Cho and Elliott declined to comment. Our source added the couple prefer to “keep their private lives private.”
