Taylor Swift turned a song about a broken heart into an uplifting experience for one young fan.

The songstress visited the Boston Children’s Hospital over the weekend to spend time with Jordan Nickerson, a 6-year-old cancer patient.

Swift, 24, took the opportunity to perform a short acoustic set for Jordan.

“I will play anything you want,” Swift told Jordan.

“Your favorite song,” Jordan answered.

Swift opted for her hit, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” which prompted Jordan to chime in and sing along.

As a baby, Jordan was diagnosed with a genetic disorder called Williams syndrome. The disease causes physical and developmental disabilities. Last month, Jordan was diagnosed with leukemia.

Swift’s visit comes a few months after she crashed a bridal shower for one of her fans in Columbus, Ohio, bringing along friends and tons of gifts.
