“Mambo Kings” star Armand Assante’s Brazilian gal pal looked stunning at an appearance Wednesday in Manhattan court where she’s been accused of racking up $40,000 on actor Josh Brolin’s credit card and shoplifting $10,000 in clothes from Saks.
Giselle Oliveira, 34, donned a snug leather skirt, a plunging cleavage-bearing blouse and five-inch stilettos at the brief hearing to announce her new lawyer on the case Gerald Allen.
The curvy beauty, who wore sunglasses and pink lipstick, didn’t say a word as she left court flanked by two burly bodyguards.
“Just walk quick next to us and smile,” one of the hunks said, joking, “It’s like beauty and the beast.”
Oliveira is accused of using Brolin’s American Express account to buy $40,000 in clothes on a Web site from October 2010 to January 2013.
It’s unclear how she obtained the card information but Assante helped prosecutors obtain the indictment against her, according to court papers.
She’s also accused of cutting the security tags off nearly $10,000 in clothes at Saks in Manhattan last October and trying to sneak out with them.
Assante, 64, is so broke that he had to borrow nearly $2,000 from Oliveira’s previous lawyer, who he retained, to get her bailed out of jail, The Post exclusively reported.
The “Gotti” actor has fallen on hard times, filing for bankruptcy in 2011 and fighting foreclosure on the 222-acre farm in upstate Orange County where he lives with Oliveira.
