On June 28, Olivia Palermo, professional style icon, wed her hunky boyfriend of six years, Johannes Huebl, in a pair of shorts and a sweater (okay, the ensemble was Carolina Herrera and had a full tulle skirt attached).
The intimate Bedford, NY, ceremony was just the beginning. Friends, family and voyeuristic fashionistas can look forward to a bigger blowout reception in the fall.
It’s ‘Newlyweds: Part Deux’
Jessica Simpson looked irresistible when she wed former NFL player Eric Johnson on July 5 in a custom Carolina Herrera gown and veil.
The Santa Barbara wedding was a star-studded affair. Among the 250 guests were Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, and sister Ashlee Simpson and her fiancé Evan Ross, Diana Ross’ son.
A Vogue affair
When your mom is Anna Wintour, you can expect the chicest of chic weddings. Wintour’s son, Charlie Shaffer, wed his bride, Elizabeth Cordry, at the editrix’s Mastic, LI, estate on June 28.
The wedding included all the fixings, like custom Manolo Blahnik lawn furniture, and such esteemed guests as André Leon Talley, designer Prabal Gurung and fotog Mario Testino.
The bride wore Oscar (de la Renta — who was also in attendance).
Full wedding
It was a full house at Dave Coulier’s wedding to photographer and producer Melissa Bring. The former “Full House” star invited former co-stars including John Stamos, Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber and Bob Saget to toast his entry into groom-dom.
The wedding took place on July 2 in Paradise Valley, Montana.

Lena Dunham was just another one of the “Girls” at her best friend Isabel Bramlette Halley’s wedding on June 28. She and the other bridesmaids donned Reformation floor-length gray dresses with cap sleeves and bare backs that showed off Dunham’s tats.
In pure Dunham fashion, she Instagrammed the entire event, captioning one tender pic of her and Halley with: “Isabel and I met 28 years ago. Watching her take this step was a crazy honor.”

Justin Bieber’s long-time manager, Scooter Braun, 33, wed his girlfriend Yael Cohen, a 27-year-old cancer activist, this past weekend in Whistler, British Columbia. Celeb attendees, including Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and Sophia Bush, came out to fête the comely couple.
And what’s a wedding without a performance c/o Justin Bieber? The controversial pop star took time out of his drag racing schedule to serenade the couple with “All You Need Is Love.” He and Carly Rae Jepsen later performed “Call Me Maybe.”
