The poster on the left got the kibosh from the MPAA.

It’s a real cover-up! Harvey and Bob Weinstein’s Dimension Films has agreed to make Eva Green’s robe less sheer in a poster for director Frank Miller’s “Sin City: A Dame To Kill For” — after the MPAA said the image was too revealing.

The ratings board disapproved of it “for nudity — curve of under breast and dark nipple/areola circle visible through sheer gown,” Page Six learned.

In a new, less risqué image, “Green’s robe is less sheer,” a source said, adding the image appears under the tagline, “I’ve been especially bad.”

The MPAA apparently felt the same way about the Weinsteins.

The sequel, also starring Jessica Alba, Bruce Willis, Rosario Dawson and Lady Gaga, opens Aug. 22.
