The husband of gorgeous “Deal Or No Deal” actress Katie Cleary committed suicide weeks after she was photographed canoodling with actors Leonardo DiCaprio and Adrian Grenier, sources said.
Andrew Stern shot himself in the head at a shooting range in the San Fernando Valley on Sunday, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
Stern had recently filed for divorce and the couple had officially separated in April, according to The Daily Mail.
Stern was suffering from stress due to marital problems, the sources said.
He also had a history of depression and financial trouble, they said.
A source close to DiCaprio claimed the star barely knew Cleary, a model and actress who has also appeared on “America’s Next Top Model.”
“He has nothing to do with what happened between Katie and her husband . . . Leo did not hook up with Katie Cleary. They briefly talked a club in Cannes, but that was it. She was clearly with Adrian Grenier,” the source said.
“This happened in Cannes around six weeks ago. Since then, she’s been out and around, she was separated from her husband, there’s been other guys,” the source said.
