Funny man Tracy Morgan is “still struggling” from injuries suffered in a deadly New Jersey Turnpike crash, the comic’s lawyer said Monday.

“He’s still struggling, but he’s a fighter and he’s had issues before that he’s fought through, and he’s fighting hard,” Morgan’s lawyer Benedict Morelli told NBC’s “Today” show.

Morgan was seriously injured in the June 7 crash that killed his pal and fellow comedian James “Jimmy Mack” McNair.

Morelli said initial reports that Morgan was near death and recent stories that the comic is recovering well, are all wrong.

“The interesting thing is at the beginning, the internet was saying he was dead, and then they said they amputated his leg,” Morelli said.

“Now it’s coming out that he’s doing great — none of those things are true or accurate.”

The lawyer didn’t elaborate on the comedian’s actual condition.

Walmart driver Kevin Roper allegedly plowed into the limo van carrying Morgan and his entourage.

The “30 Rock” comedian and other victims have filed federal civil lawsuits against Walmart.

Morelli said Walmart forces drivers to log in too many hours and is ultimately responsible for the deadly wreck.

“[Roper] works for Walmart, and I’m going to show, if I have to in court, that that’s the culture, that that’s what they set up,” Morelli said.

“They know and, by the way, he isn’t the only driver that drives hundreds of miles to get to work. They have to make sure that this doesn’t happen.”

Walmart did not directly address Morelli’s charges, but said it was “cooperating fully” with investigators.

“Our thoughts continue to out to the families and friends of everyone involved, including Mr. McNair, who tragically lost his life,” Walmart’s company spokeswoman Brooke Buchanan said.

“We are cooperating fully with the ongoing investigation and working to resolve all of the remaining issues as a result of the accident.”
