A group of high-powered Nets fans rooted for the Brooklyn squad at Fresco by Scotto Wednesday, but watched them fall to the Heat.
Nets CEO Brett Yormark and his wife, Elaina Scotto, hosted an impromptu viewing party for ill-fated Game 5, with guests including Kevin Garnett’s wife, Brandi, NYPD commissioner Bill Bratton and his wife Rikki Klieman, Kyra Sedgwick and Elaina’s sister Rosanna.
Dining nearby were Regis and Joy Philbin at a table with Lorraine Bracco and Mitchell Modell.
A spy said, “There were several diners who’d arrived from Barbara Walters’ retirement party” to watch the game, and “they were absolutely starving! Word was there wasn’t much food at that event.”
