A burglar broke into actress Susan Sarandon’s Manhattan apartment Saturday night and made off with a laptop, camera and jewelry, and some papers, sources told The Post.
Sarandon’s son, Miles, 22, left the West 15th Street apartment at around 8 p.m. and returned home at about 4 a.m. to find the home in disarray, a source said.
The burglar apparently used a ladder to hop from the roof next door to the top of the actress’ nine-story brick building.
He then entered her lower-floor apartment through an open terrace door in the back, the sources said.
The “Thelma & Louise” and “Dead Man Walking” star, who had $100,000 in jewels in the home, was believed to be out of town at the time.
A neighbor told her about the break-in, the sources said.
Sarandon’s rep did not respond to a request for comment on Sunday.
